Representing corporate and private clients in commercial, business and intellectual property related litigation, mediation and arbitration, in all areas dealt with by the firm, including complex technological nature. This includes the representation of companies in the high-technology and the communication arenas, claims in the fields of hardware and software, disputes between shareholders and partners and representation in cases of control contests as well as conflicts between entrepreneurs and investors in corporate enterprises.
Corporate Law-
Establishment, incorporation, structuring, re-organization, acquisition of and investment in companies, partnerships and joint ventures, as well as advising private and public corporations, as well as individual shareholders, on current matters, including labor law issues, shareholders agreements and offering general corporate support services.
High-Tech, Computer Law, Internet, Technology and Intellectual Property -
Agreements pertaining to the protection and utilization of intellectual property rights, patent and trademark assignments, Internet-related transactions, license agreements, research and development agreements, computer software and hardware related agreements (hardware/software purchase, distribution, maintenance, licenses, development, value-added resale and marketing), media and entertainment agreements, and agreements for the supply of technology, know-how and related services.
Commercial and Business Law -
Agreements for the purchase and sale of equipment, Turn-Key projects, distribution, representation, agencies and franchising agreements, as well as advising on various issues pertaining to export, import and international sales of goods.
Real Estate -
Representing construction companies and entrepreneurs in various real estate related matters, representing construction companies in various issues pertaining to construction defects and other disputes, receiverships of real-estate projects, "evacuation and construction" projects, accompanying the completion of construction projects which are under receivership, real-estate taxation and planning.
Labor Law -
Advising corporations on a wide-range of labor related matters, on various issues pertaining to Labor Law, as well as representing corporate clients in labor-related litigation, arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Customs and Indirect Taxation –
Representing corporations and other entities in matters pertaining to classification of tax categories for import and export of goods and conducting legal proceedings against Customs Authorities, including with respect to reimbursements of sums of money paid to said authorities.
Public tenders –
Representing companies in all stages of the tender starting from the day it is published. The representation includes confronting the client with the publisher of the tender .It also includes all the legal and commercial aspects involved, such as submission of legal claims and interim orders in the framework of annulling a tender in order to reject an unlawful gain, or enforcing one which a client has lawfully gained.
