THE PARTNERS

The partners of the firm are Jonathan Kahn and Daphna Kahn.
Jonathan Kahn has been a member of the Israeli Bar since 1991. Owner of a private office and partner with other lawyers from 1993 up to Daphna Kahn's, joining the firm in 2005.

Jonathan Kahn

served as a member of the following Committees of The Israeli Bar: Property, Land-law, Civil-Procedure, Evidence, Contracts, Customs and V.A.T. Committee, International Relationships Committee and Independent Lawyers Committee and the Committee of Insolvency and Rehabilitation of Companies.
Jonathan Kahn has published several articles in the area of Corporate Law, Contract Law, International Agreements and Indirect Taxation. Prior to the establishment of an independent practice, Jonathan Kahn specialized in commercial law and litigation in a leading Israeli law firm (Naschitz Brandes & Co.).
Jonathan was accepted as a member of the Bar of England and Wales (Barrister) in 1989 (Middle Temple) and was authorized as a notary in Israel in 2007.
Jonathan deals mainly in representing companies in cases having a complex technological nature, including the representation of companies in the high-technology and the communication arenas, claims in the fields of hardware and software, disputes between shareholders and partners, ,and representation in cases of control contests, as well as conflicts between entrepreneurs and investors in corporate enterprises.

Daphna Kahn

has been a member of the Israeli Bar since 1991.
Daphna received her law degree from Tel Aviv University in 1989.
Daphna has spent her early years specializing in the civil-commercial field
Before she became a partner of the firm in 2005, Daphna served as a legal counselor in the claims department of a public institution, specializing in the field of insurance.
Daphna deals mainly in representing clients in the various courts of law, including all the instances, arbitration, mediation and other legal procedures. She also specializes in commercial transactions and the initiation of business projects.
Daphna speaks English and French.
